For this project, a Black & Decker Li2000 was disassembled, but the internal battery was left intact. The internal epicyclic gear box was analyzed and modeled in Creo Parametrics. Using the internal gears’ properties, the gear ratios and torque output were calculated. In the end, the screw driver was reassembled and functioning.
